Policy Details
Shipping Policy: All products purchased from Innovius India are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmed payment and are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
EMI Policy: Selected products may be eligible for EMI payment options. EMI availability and terms are subject to approval by partnered financial institutions and will be displayed at checkout.
Cancellation, Order Acceptance & Refunds: Orders may be modified or cancelled within one hour of placement. Innovius India reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or inventory issues. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original mode of payment.
